The Head of Operations is responsible for all communication, volunteer coordination and operational activities of the community.


  • Respond to Workaway emails
  • Write reviews for the volunteers who leave reviews
  • Respond to HelpX emails
  • Manage the Google Drive account
  • Respond to other Gmail emails (e.g. WWOOF)
  • Update databases
  • E-mail correspondence
  • Organize accommodation
  • Lead weekly scheduling meetings
  • Organize Volunteer shop for personal items
  • Responsible for food shop and run errands in town
  • Manage community internet use



We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual with initiative and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, delegate and manage time is a must. Also, basic knowledge in Excel, Word, WordPress, Gmail, and Google Drive is required.
